Faktura / levering
I NGK Utbygging er vi opptatt av å ha raske og effektive prosesser, også innenfor administrasjon. Vi har derfor sluttet med å motta fakturaer per post.
Vi foretrekker å motta EHF-fakturaer (aksesspunkt xledger) da det er det enkleste for alle parter. Dersom du som leverandør ikke har mulighet til å fakturere via EHF, kan du sende faktura via epost til riktig adresse i oversikten under. Fakturaen må ligge som ett vedlegg i PDF til eposten som også må ha ordet «faktura» i emnefeltet. E-posten blir automatisk behandlet og ikke lest, slik at det ikke må gis beskjeder i eposten eller sendes flere vedlegg med samme epost. PDF-dokumentet med fakturaen må følgelig også inneha nødvendig fakturaunderlag i samme fil.

De fleste av våre leverandører bruker nå EHF-fakturering. På denne måten sparer både vi og leverandøren administrasjonskostnaden.
